Accelerating awareness of growth disorders

In late 2018 Dawn Health started a collaborative journey with Novo Nordisk on a project that revolved around raising awareness and helping diagnose children with growth hormone deficiency.Dawn Health and Novo Nordisk devolved the app `Growth Journey´ to solve this problem, where parents can measure their children´s growth over time using their phone´s camera. If Growth Journey detects abnormalities in the growth trajectory, it guides parents to an endocrinologist, who diagnoses the child with a blood sample. Post-diagnosis, children receive injection reminders via the app, driving better adherence to their treatments.In this Dawn Talks, our CEO and founder, Daniel Daugaard (virtually), sat down with Sundar Chandrashekar, Marketing &amp; CE at Novo Nordisk, to discuss the process of inventing the Growth Journey app.
